I was driven to this field of because of a yearning to help improve business.  I think we owe it to our future generations. My goal is to sincerely and humbly echo, institute and apply the principles of Deming, Toyoda, Shingo and Ohno.  I have a belief system that requires dealing honestly and ethically will customers, associates and the world at large.  I don’t buy into deceptive, win-lose scenarios.  We all know in our hearts that sometimes you can get away with it in the short term, but long term – the price has to be paid.  We cannot gain at someone else’s expense.
